Jakarta, 5 February 2024 (Source: InvestorTrust) – Presidential candidate (candidate) number one, Anies Rasyid Baswedan, revealed that the biggest problem faced by the Indonesian nation currently is related to inequality, inequality and injustice.

“Inequalities between Jakarta and outside Jakarta, Java and outside Java, rich-poor, rural-urban, general education – religious education, vocational education and technical education. “These are all disparities which today have become a dangerous phenomenon for this Republic,” he said, in the fifth presidential election debate, which was held at JCC Senayan, Jakarta, Sunday (4/2/2024).

In fact, in the economic field, currently intellectuals prefer to fight on political lines. In contrast to the founders of this republic, there were approximately 60 members of the Investigating Committee for Preparatory Efforts for Indonesian Independence (BPUPKI). Even though they are educated people, privileged people, they founded Indonesia for all, not for themselves or their own group.

“They set this up for everyone. A power built to provide opportunities for all. “Now we are far from the ideals of this Republic,” said Anies.

Responding to the challenge of inequality, Anies will restore the ideas of the early founders of the Republic of Indonesia. “I started as a teacher, received a call to work at the political center, we will bring the ideas of the founders of the republic to bring color back to this Republic, to be able to direct the republic in the future so that it can return to its original format,” concluded Anies.
