Jakarta, 31 January 2024 (Source: InvestorTrust) – The Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker), through the USAID PADU Program with Banyan Global, collaborated with Orbit Future Academy to launch the AWS re/Start Program training. AWS re/Start is a 12 week (3 month) Cloud training program. The target of this training is job seekers and workers who want to improve their skills.

“Through collaboration with Orbit Future Academy and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the AWS re/Start Program, the Ministry of Manpower hopes to gradually overcome a number of employment and unemployment problems in Indonesia, as well as overcome the skills gap between demand for employment and the skills possessed by the existing workforce. currently,” said Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah, in Jakarta, Tuesday (30/01/2024).

“The Ministry of Manpower also believes that the implementation of the AWS re/Start Program in the long term will help realize the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045, where our workforce will be able to contribute both on a regional and international scale,” he continued.

The AWS re/Start program provides training for various segments, such as those from disadvantaged backgrounds, those looking to advance their careers, young people, women who want to work, and even retirees.
