The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education announced the top Indonesian state and private tertiary institutions of 2019 to realize quality tertiary institutions and to improve them through policies.
The list was based on indicators or assessments of output and outcome:
Input Performance: 15%
Process: 25%
Performance: 25% of Output
Outcome: 35 %
All of the universities fall under the first cluster category.
