A low hanging fruit for investment, the development of ten new Indonesian tourism hubs is not a surprise. New roads, an expanding international airport, hotels, and improved access is well underway in these priority locations. President Joko Widodo’s goals is to have the country’s tourism contribute 8% towards overall GDP and employment of 13 million locals.
